This 1 1/6” x 1” medal pays great attention to detail with the engraved scenery on either side both repesenting the Cathedral.
Each side feels farely smooth complementing the design. Areas of the metal seem to be whethered but overall none of the engraved detail is lacking or worn off.

They were created in late 1950's There are no chips or cracks although its dusty and needs a good cleaning. It is stamped on bottom "Decorated by Delano Studios - From An Original Water Color" - signed by "Dennis Puleston", approx 10" high x 3 1/2" across bottom. There is a picture on each side of a Mallard duck with it's wings spread. Gold Leaf on bottom, opening on top and gold leaf on top of lid. Delano Studio was a very small studio in Setauket, Long Island NY that was known for hand painted porcelains. *see pictures
